Recruitment Notice

Last updated 29 July 2026

This notice applies to the Hong Kong beauty sales recruitment campaign published by WOW Skincare. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Disclaimer, which also apply to that page. By contacting us through that page you accept this notice.

1. Our role — marketing partner only

WOW Skincare publishes this campaign as a marketing and candidate-introduction partner. We are not the employer, not an employment agency operating on your behalf, and not a party to any employment relationship. Hiring decisions, interviews, offers, contracts, visas, relocation, compensation, commission, accommodation, scheduling and all employment terms are determined and confirmed solely by the hiring company (Asia Beauty Concepts) or its affiliates. Any statement on the landing page describing the role, earnings, locations, brands, benefits or timelines is illustrative marketing information supplied or summarised from the hiring company and is subject to change or correction without notice.

2. No offer, no guarantee, no promise of results

Nothing on the landing page or in any message from us constitutes an offer of employment, a job guarantee, a guarantee of an interview, a guarantee of earnings, or a representation that any position is currently available. Earnings, commission examples, sales figures and career-progression examples are illustrative only and depend entirely on your own performance, the market, and the hiring company's policies. We make no representation or warranty of any kind about employment outcomes.

3. No fees charged to candidates

We do not charge candidates any fee, commission or deposit at any stage. If anyone asks you to pay a fee, deposit, "training charge", visa payment or other money while claiming to represent this campaign, do not pay and report it to us via Instagram direct message @wowskincareig. You are responsible for verifying the identity of anyone contacting you and for satisfying yourself as to the legitimacy and terms of any opportunity before acting on it.

4. Your responsibility to verify eligibility

You are solely responsible for confirming your legal right to work in Hong Kong, your visa and immigration status, professional qualifications, tax and social-insurance obligations, travel documents, insurance and health requirements. We do not provide immigration, legal, tax, medical or financial advice, and nothing here should be relied on as such. Always take independent professional advice before making relocation or career decisions.

5. Information you send us

When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, SMS, social message or a form on the landing page, you consent to us collecting and using the information you send — such as your name, contact details, work history, language skills, availability and any documents you choose to share — for the purpose of assessing suitability and introducing you to the hiring company. We only pass to the hiring company what is reasonably necessary for that purpose. Please do not send sensitive personal data (for example health data, identity-document scans or financial details) unless we specifically ask for it in writing. Messaging services you choose to use, including WhatsApp, process your data under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Handling, retention, international transfers and your rights of access, correction and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy. Requests can be made via Instagram direct message @wowskincareig. Once your details have been passed to the hiring company, that company acts as an independent controller of the data it holds and you should direct requests about its records to it.

6. Equal opportunity and non-discrimination

We support equal opportunity and do not discriminate on the basis of sex, marital or family status, pregnancy, disability, race, colour, descent, national or ethnic origin, religion, age or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Selection criteria and hiring decisions rest with the hiring company. If you believe any campaign material is discriminatory or misleading, tell us via Instagram direct message @wowskincareig and we will review and correct it promptly.

7. Third-party names, images and media

Company names, logos, brand names, store photography and location details are used for identification and illustration only and remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of WOW Skincare beyond the marketing engagement described here. Some imagery, video or voice on the page may be stock, reconstructed or AI-assisted and may not depict actual employees, actual stores or actual results. Rights holders who believe material is used incorrectly may contact us via Instagram direct message @wowskincareig for prompt review or removal.

8. Communications consent

By initiating contact you agree that we may reply through the same channel and by email, phone, SMS or messaging app about this opportunity. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying "stop" or messaging us via Instagram direct message @wowskincareig, and we will cease recruitment communications.

9. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOW Skincare and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents accept no liability for any loss or damage — including lost earnings, lost opportunity, travel, relocation, visa or accommodation costs, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss — arising from the campaign, from any introduction, from any act or omission of the hiring company or any third party, or from your reliance on any information published or communicated. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to this campaign is limited to USD 100. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of information you provide, your conduct during any recruitment process, or your breach of this notice or of any applicable law. The limitation-of-liability, disclaimer, indemnity and dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service apply to this notice and survive termination.

10. Governing law, disputes and changes

This notice is governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, and the courts of that location have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have where you live. Before bringing any claim you agree to contact us via Instagram direct message @wowskincareig and to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, and within one year of the event giving rise to them, to the extent permitted by law. We may update this notice at any time; the "Last updated" date above indicates the current version. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.

This page is maintained by WOW Skincare and is provided for general information only. It is not legal advice. Please have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review these terms before relying on them.
